    Vietnamese beef noodle salad is packed with fresh herbs, flavorful beef, and refreshing lime fish sauce dressing. This dish says quite a lot about Vietnamese cuisine which values a fresh, pure and clean taste.

    • PHO GA (Chicken pho)

    Pho ga (chicken pho) is a delightful creation from Northern Vietnamese cuisine. With its light yet flavorful essence, this fragrant noodle soup warms your heart and soul, combining simplicity and sophistication in perfect harmony.

    • BANH BO THOT NOT (Palm sugar cake)

    The special palm sugar cake will be served as dessert. Due to the time limit throughout the joyful 4-hour experience, we won’t have enough time to show the attendants how to make the palm sugar cake directly at the venue but will certainly send them a detailed tutorial video afterwards.
